This fee helps cover reservation administration, guest screening, and stay-protection costs, including third-party short-term rental protection coverage used for eligible guest-caused damage, theft, and liability-related incidents during the reservation.
This fee is not a government tax. It may be retained by Celebrity Vacation Homes or used to pay third-party providers. It does not replace the guest’s responsibility to follow house rules, report damage, comply with the rental agreement, and avoid intentional, negligent, prohibited, or unreported conduct. It also does not guarantee coverage for every type of loss, damage, injury, claim, or incident.
Where required by law, mandatory fees are included or disclosed as part of the total reservation price before booking.
Data Retention, Security, Children & Marketing
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for reservation management, guest support, legal compliance, tax records, accounting, insurance, claims, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and business operations.
