A home with music history, mountain views, and room to make a long weekend feel like a proper escape. Here’s the inside track on Mercury Palms.

Six bedrooms does not mean six identical rooms. Get to know the details that give Mercury Palms its personality.

Talk with our team ↗Start with the story: the home was built in 2000 by Irving Green, founder of Mercury Records. Today, music-inspired bedrooms, a dramatic Great Room, and a game room with a pool table and bar give a night in its own agenda.
More than 4,250 square feet across three levels, six bedrooms, and mountain views. Leave a little time between outings to actually enjoy the home.
Mercury Palms is in Vista Las Palmas, within the City of Palm Springs, west of the Uptown corridor. The neighborhood is known for its concentration of midcentury architecture; Mercury Palms itself was built in 2000.
Old Las Palmas is a separate neighborhood. Downtown concentrates shops and restaurants, while Twin Palms and Indian Canyons are farther south. Compare the exact route to the places on your list.
Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, and La Quinta are separate cities. “Greater Palm Springs” can cover a much wider area than Palm Springs itself.
The home has a private pool and spa, but pool equipment repairs remain pending and a return-to-service date has not been confirmed. Please contact us before booking to confirm pool and spa availability for your stay.
We’ll confirm the current status, heating arrangements, any added cost, and advance notice needed. Do not assume heating is included or that the amenities will be operating.
Each bedroom has its own character, but the layouts differ. Mercury Palms has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. One bathroom is shared between two bedrooms, and two bedrooms do not have private patios.
The primary suite has a separate lounge, fireplace, and balcony with city and mountain views. Review the photos and layout together so everyone knows what they’re choosing.
The current listing accommodates up to 12 overnight guests. That does not automatically authorize extra daytime visitors, extra vehicles, or an event.
Mercury Palms has on-property parking, including a garage. Confirm your vehicle plan and any visitors with us before arrival, and follow the limits in your reservation and the home’s posted rules.
Tell us the full guest count when booking. We’ll help you sort the details before the group arrives.
No outdoor amplified music is allowed at a Palm Springs vacation rental. Indoor music must stay inside and must not be audible at the property line. The rule applies at all times, including daytime.
Mercury Palms’ current house rules also list quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. Follow the City’s vacation rental requirements and your arrival instructions.
Enjoy music indoors within the rules, or use personal headphones outside. The home’s music history makes a great conversation starter.
Fall through spring is a popular window for desert exploring and outdoor meals. Summer brings intense heat, so plan outdoor activities early, build in shade and water, and leave room for indoor time.
Mercury Palms has a game room and generous indoor gathering spaces. A rematch at the pool table can be the plan when the afternoon calls for staying inside.
Check the forecast and attraction conditions for your dates. For pool plans, contact us about the repair status before booking.
That depends on the itinerary. For downtown meals and shopping, compare the actual walking route, heat, and rideshare options. A car is useful for outings across the valley or a separate Joshua Tree day trip.
You can plan a great meal out and still leave an evening for the Great Room, game room, and mountain views back at Mercury Palms.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. Contact us before booking to confirm the pet terms and any applicable charges. Service-animal requests are handled separately.
Mercury Palms spans three levels and has a private elevator. If access features affect your stay, ask us about current elevator operation, dimensions, entry routes, thresholds, and bathroom layouts.
Tell us the features you need. The presence of an elevator alone does not describe every route through the home.
Explore the home and enter your dates for the current quote, minimum stay, and cancellation terms. Contact us about pool and spa availability before reserving.
The current listing shows 3 p.m. check-in and 10 a.m. checkout. Ask us in advance about a different arrival or departure time; it needs our confirmation.
We’ll help you sort the practical details so you can get back to choosing restaurants and deciding who gets first shot at the pool table.
Mountain views. Music history. A game room for the rematch. Explore Mercury Palms, then talk with us about your dates and current amenity availability.
