Belmont Beach House is steps from the sand, across from Mission Bay, and near Belmont Park. Its rooftop has coastal views; the home is not directly beachfront.
Vista Voltaire sits above Ocean Beach with ocean views. Plan your route down to the shore rather than expecting sand at the door.
Kensington Canyon is inland. Your outdoor scene is a private pool, spa, and canyon backdrop, with beach outings a separate trip.
Kensington Canyon is our San Diego pool-and-spa home. Add the outdoor kitchen, dining space, and canyon outlook, and an afternoon at the house starts to look like a very good plan.
Belmont brings the rooftop and beach access. Vista Voltaire brings ocean views and the private yard. Neither includes a private pool or hot tub.
For Kensington, confirm pool-heating arrangements and any added charges for your dates before booking.
The current overnight limits are 8 at Belmont Beach House, 12 at Vista Voltaire, and 10 at Kensington Canyon. Keep your reservation guest count accurate; visitor and event rules are separate.
Belmont’s living spaces occupy the second and third floors. Vista Voltaire’s lower-level bedroom has a private entrance, with a bathroom just outside the bedroom. Review each home’s photos and bed setup before assigning rooms.
Belmont and Vista Voltaire both have garage and driveway parking. Kensington also lists on-property parking. Space counts and vehicle fit differ, so send us your vehicle sizes if you’re arriving with several cars or a large rental.
For the garage layout, SUVs should pull in to keep trunk access usable; trucks back in with the bed beneath the shelf. Follow the arrival guide and confirm clearance before parking.
Belmont makes beach, bay, and nearby dining outings easy on foot. A car can be useful for a wider San Diego itinerary from any home. Street spaces depend on signs and availability.
At Belmont, check the beach gear in the garage before packing the entire beach shop. The listing also offers a guest bike rental program; ask about availability, sizes, and pricing before planning your ride.
Beach gear and bicycles are not a collection-wide inclusion. Ask about the equipment at Vista Voltaire or Kensington for your dates, and arrange anything specific you need in advance.
Summer leans into beach days. Spring and fall leave plenty of room for coast-and-city exploring. Coastal mornings can be cloudy in late spring and early summer, and evenings often call for a layer.
Choose swimming, surfing, or paddling around the day’s conditions. Check the County’s beach water-quality advisories and follow lifeguard guidance. Ocean surf and bay recreation are different experiences, and conditions can change.
Swimsuit, an evening layer, and enough room in the schedule to enjoy the house.
Kensington Canyon does not allow pets. Please choose another home if you plan to travel with a pet.
Belmont Beach House and Vista Voltaire allow pets by prior arrangement. Tell us about your pet before reserving so we can confirm the home’s terms and any applicable charges.
For access needs, we can discuss the actual entry route, stairs, bedroom and bathroom locations, and other features that matter to you. Service-animal requests are handled separately from pet arrangements.
The living areas are on upper floors. Contact us about the stairs before booking if that affects your stay.
A good dinner together? Absolutely part of the vacation. Extra visitors or an event? Speak with us first. A reservation does not automatically authorize additional visitors or an event.
Follow the home’s occupancy, parking, and noise rules. The current San Diego listings set quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Keep sound from disturbing neighbors at other times, too.
Confirm your plans with us before inviting anyone beyond your approved reservation.
Open your favorite home and enter your dates to see availability, minimum stay, and the full quote. Review the cancellation terms shown for your booking before reserving.
Our San Diego listings currently show 3 p.m. check-in and 10 a.m. checkout. Early arrival or a later departure needs advance confirmation from us.
